Jewelry Warranty
We proudly offer complimentary maintenance services with your purchase!
Your warranty is valid from the date of purchase when you present your receipt.
Maintenance-related shipping costs are your responsibility, while maintenance itself is on us.
Warranty Coverage
- Small diamonds (up to 0.03 carats) that loosen or detach due to regular wear can be secured or replaced for free within one year of purchase.
- The central stone can be re-secured at no charge for up to 10 years from the date of purchase.
- Ring resizing is complimentary once within one year from the purchase date, except for diamond eternity rings, which cannot be resized.
- Jewelry cleaning services are free and unlimited. Rhodium plating is available at 150 ILS per item.
Conditions for Warranty Coverage
Jewelry that has been handled by a jeweler other than our team will not qualify for warranty coverage.
The warranty excludes jewelry exposed to chemicals, extreme climates, or damaged due to customer negligence.
Non-Warranty Items
The warranty does not cover:
- Diamond tennis bracelets, broken bracelets, or chains
- Lost earring backs, clasps, or closures
- Lost engravings due to resizing
For repairs or replacements outside the warranty, please contact us for a quote.
We highly recommend insuring your jewelry (including the piece and especially the central stone) against loss or theft with an insurance provider.
Jewelry Care
Simple daily activities can cause dirt buildup, affecting the shine of your jewelry.
Tips to Minimize Dirt Buildup on Jewelry
- Remove jewelry before showering, dishwashing, cooking, baking, or applying lotions and makeup.
- Apply perfume before putting on jewelry, allowing time for the fragrance to dry.
- Avoid wearing rings during sleep, as finger swelling or accidental impact may damage rings.
- Store each piece in its own box to prevent scratching; if you need additional storage, wrap pieces individually in tissue paper.
Jewelry Cleaning Tips
Monthly or as needed:
Place jewelry in hot water mixed with a capful of all-purpose cleaner or dish soap in a glass cup.
Soak for 15 minutes, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry completely.
For pearls, gently wipe with a damp cloth and avoid exposure to heat, hot water, and cosmetics.
Avoid wearing pearls after hair coloring until two shampoos have passed.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item within 2 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure:
- The item is in its original condition, along with the receipt.
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
For items containing diamonds or gemstones, a verification will be conducted to confirm that the item matches the original purchase before a refund is issued.
How to Return an Item
To return an item safely:
- Notify us of your intent to return and, if applicable, request a prepaid FedEx/DHL return label for international orders.
- Secure the item in its original or comparable packaging and attach 3 copies of the required shipping documents.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be liable for any reduction in value.
International Orders and Customs Fees
For international orders, any customs fees or taxes paid directly to your country’s customs authority are not handled by us and are non-refundable.
Custom Designs: Returns and Exchanges
Standard return policies apply to items from our main collections.
For custom designs, exchanges are allowed, though some fees may be non-refundable.
Each custom design is meticulously crafted to your specifications, with satisfaction ensured through 3D design previews, realistic renderings, and thorough visual documentation of the finished piece.
Order Cancellation
In compliance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981:
- Items over 3,000 ILS are eligible for a credit within 2 days of purchase.
- Items under 3,000 ILS can be canceled from the purchase date until the end of two non-rest days.
- Cancellation Fee: 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is less.
- Returns without a diamond certificate (GIA, AIG) incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer every 90 days. Additional refunds may be issued as store credit.
Coupons
- Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and exclude sale items.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time: 2-20 business days (Sunday through Thursday).
Shipping costs are as per company policy or by pre-arranged in-store pickup at no charge.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders or account access for any reason, including:
- Inaccurate or incomplete account information
- Payment issues
- Potential misuse or fraud
- Website errors
